Senior Account Executive/Account Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive/Account Supervisor to join our team in Washington, DC. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience in government relations, corporate communications, crisis management, litigation communications or public affairs.

Due to the pandemic, our employees are currently working remotely.


  • 5+ years of strategic communications or agency experience
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Experience creating high quality content in different formats – backgrounders, blogs, op-eds, press releases, web content, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once in a high-stakes environment
  • Understanding of cultural nuances, digital and influencer engagement, and the media landscape
  • A demonstrated interest in advocacy, international markets, public policy, technology, government relations and/or global affairs
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations or communications
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude


  • Assist in managing day-to-day client relationships and the associated workflow
  • Serve as account manager on multiple teams
  • Write public relations and public affairs materials
  • Develop client collateral, including talking points, messaging, and strategic plans
  • Collaborate with team members to create strategies and tactics for clients
  • Draft responses to RFPs or other pitch proposals
  • Produce high quality written work in a short amount of time with few errors
  • Manage client projects/programs with minimal supervision from the SVPoR
  • Assist the SVPoR in developing overall client public relations goals and strategies
  • Pitch media and respond to media inquiries, cultivate relationships with journalists
