Formerly President and CEO of GeniusRocket in Washington DC, Mr. LaMotte pioneered online and television advertising based on a crowdsourced agency model. He transformed the core business model from a company hosting online contests, to a creative agency powered by a vetted professional community. Prior to GeniusRocket, Mr. LaMotte served in Client Education and Business Development Roles with the Marketing Leadership Council at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB). He also served as Vice President of Marketing at Intrepid Aviation and as a founding Account Executive for IBM's NetGen Internet division.
