Michael Rubin works with some of the nation’s most innovative companies on business-to-business, government, and consumer marketing and PR campaigns. Today, his work includes helping technology-driven organizations in the healthcare and related sectors build brands, gain credibility as thought leaders, and communicate effectively with customers, employees, investors, and policymakers.  

Whether he is building a campaign to launch a product, re-position a company, or repair a reputation, Rubin is known for his innate ability to understand the audience and for his instinct to communicate complex fact patterns simply and powerfully. He provides the kind of strategic counsel that comes with more than 25 years of communications and advocacy experience.


Prior to joining LEVICK, Michael was a partner in Rubin Meyer Communications, a boutique he co-founded and grew into a successful integrated agency. His clients included UnitedHealthcare, Northeast Business Group on Health, HMS, In Motion Technology, and MedImpact, to name a few.

A former White House staff member, senior Capitol Hill aide, and lobbyist, Michael has been at the center of many campaigns and debates of national and international importance. His accomplishments have been recognized by the National Journal and Influence Magazine.
