A corporate reputation management expert, Emily Kiggins brings nearly a decade of experience to the table and is sought out for her strategic planning and crisis management prowess. At LEVICK, Ms. Kiggins leads brand and reputation programs for Mercedes-Benz, the Washington Kastles of World TeamTennis, and other leaders in international retail, non-profits, finance, insurance, health care, and manufacturing. 


Prior to her time at LEVICK, Emily was part of the public affairs team at MSLGROUP. There she led national initiatives for consumer-facing programs using her skills in media outreach, advocacy group coordination, event planning, and celebrity spokesperson management for various clients, including: Eli Lilly, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Premier healthcare alliance, Interface Inc., Nutriset, Bonefish Grill, and Emirates Airlines. Emily also headed thought leadership initiatives, securing top-tier speaking opportunities for clients at national health care, environmental, and CSR conferences.

Emily has also worked on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education, the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the U.S. Fire Administration, the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Emily earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Colgate University where she was the captain of the varsity women’s crew team and graduated with dual majors in Political Science and Sociology & Anthropology.
